About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our frontline support team. In this role, you will assist customers using a popular food delivery platform, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and interactions leave a positive impression. Your ability to remain calm, problem-solve on the spot, and communicate clearly will be key to your success.
