DOE** We are looking for a Customer Service Associate/ Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service for our business and distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability. Responsibilities Go the extra mile to engage customers Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints Inform customers about new products and services Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Must have or willing to obtain a DOT Med Card for a Non-CDL truck Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Basic math skills Be able to lift 50-70 pounds Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Valid professional driver’s license Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations Bonus Points for the Following* Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to operate forklifts in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate) Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
