Job Duties/Responsibilities: Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information. Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history. Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns. Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans. Respond to customer emails regarding billing issues and general concerns. Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our online systems. Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience. Experience Requirements: 3 years experience in Customer Service Proficiency in basic mathematics Proficiency in Microsoft office series (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in Collections or AR (preferred) Characteristics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive, customer service-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to new situations and implement developed skills
