As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the front-line connection between our clients and their customers. Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to build relationships, sell our clients products, answer questions, and walk them through activation and service setup.
  • Generate sales by presenting products and promotions, understanding customer needs, and confidently recommending tailored solutions
  • Confidently address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Support daily sales operations by managing customer accounts, product activations, and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed client sales goals.
  • Actively contribute to increasing sales and enhancing brand awareness for our clients.
