Customer Service Representative – Busy Warehouse Environment 📍 London, ON | Full-time | On-site Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same? About the Role: We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy warehouse team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who come to the warehouse at their appointment time, pay their invoice(s) and picking their orders, returning or inquiring about their orders. The job can be fast-moving, and at times, customers can be frustrated or difficult — so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm, confident, and solution-focused in every interaction.
