Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities Include: Provide phone, email, text message, and chat support for our home testing products. It is expected that the employee will need to answer phone calls for at least 6 working hours a day. Provide basic support to professional and business accounts, including order support. Fulfil and ship customer orders. Process incoming mail. Perform administrative tasks (Only if working on-site). Qualifications Qualifications: Education: HS Diploma Required, College Degree Preferred Experience: No previous experience required. Positive, friendly attitude with a desire to help customers. General computer skills, basic experience with Microsoft Office Customer Service or sales experience preferred, but not required. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
