Job Title: Customer Service Associate / Cashier

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate and a Manager to join our team. As a vital member of our retail establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth cashier operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in their shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed
- Provide product information to customers and assist with inquiries
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a grocery store setting is advantageous
