Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years of office/administrative experience in agricultural sales-related business, seed experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in office, business related programs
  • Accounting experience an asset
  • Excellent numerical, verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel & Word
  • Navision software experience an asset
  • JD Edwards experience an asse
Responsibilities
  • Customer Service activities -ensure “total customer satisfaction”
  • Phone reception through Teams
  • Mailing/Scanning
  • Order entry processing activities including formulation and input of custom blends
  • Accounts Receivable activities – including invoicing customers, credit memos and credit card payments
  • Respond to all customer inquiries
  • Assist sales team activities -quotes, pricing and availability
  • Assist sales team with reconciling customer and dealer accounts
  • Tracking Shipments
  • Back up support for other team members
