Description Stocker Automotive is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. A Customer Service Representatives is a liaison between service technicians and customers in a car dealership. They assist customers in determining their vehicle service needs and communicate these need to the technicians for repair. In addition, they are responsible for greeting clients, listening to customer requests, scheduling service appointments and estimating repair costs. Job responsibilities: Listen to customers’ and discuss needed service maintenance Present multipoint vehicle inspection results to customers. Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service Calculate and provide customer with an estimate of these expenses for needed services Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and with their automobile service Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly Work with supervisors, Technicians and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients. Shift: Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm Requirements Ideal candidates would have Good time management skills Reliable and be able to be counted on by team members and management Be customer focused Be able to multitask Have good communication skills Valid Drivers License
