Job Description Core responsibilities Customer interaction: customer service and dispatch, manage inbound calls, answer questions about roadside assistance, process service request, and coordinate with service providers. Service dispatch: Process service requests, coordinate with a network of roadside assistance providers (towing and repair), and monitor service delivery. Administrative support: Maintain and update customer accounts, perform data entry, and support other team members with day-to-day tasks. Billing and payments: Calculate charges, process payments, and handle billing inquiries. US Account Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with computers and various software systems. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred. Amenable to work on night shift, holidays and working on-site. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
