Description: Our client is seeking a Customer Service, Associate. Pay Range: $25K to $28K without insurance ASSIGNMENT IS REMOTE AND EXPECTED TO GO ONSITE AT OAKLAND, CA 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH. START FOR ASSIGNMENT WILL BE IN JUNE NOT EARLIER. TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR: Customer service skills and prior customer service experience ideal, detailed oriented, communication skills, and reliable. Position Summary - Establish and maintain customer accounts. This includes implementing contracts and customer services agreements, ensuring accurate and timely billing, establishing quality controls, and providing ongoing customer/client feedback. This role supports PG&E’s mission of helping customers access programs that improve affordability and financial stability. Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures for customer outreach. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated problem solving skills Demonstrated empathy, patience and professionalism while supporting customers, particularly those who are vulnerable and experiencing financial hardship. Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in fast paced environment where priorities and program needs may evolve. Strong listening skills and customer centric mindset. Ability to communicate complex information clearly while maintaining respectful tone. Desired Qualifications Knowledge of standard software (MS Word, Excel and Access).
