Description We Are Looking For A Customer Service Associate for our Sona Compounding team who is equally as thoughtful and gracious as they are upbeat, positive, and outgoing! Responsibilities The person in this role provides concierge-level patient care and customer service. You will spend time in both the compounding pharmacy (upstairs) and the retail pickup area (downstairs) of Sona Compounding. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Assisting clients on the phone, via text-messaging, and in person at the in-store pickup location with prescriptions, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and special orders Organizing pickups, deliveries, and shipments, and resolving pending issues Assisting with inventory and out-of-date management of OTC items Flexible participation in all aspects of the fulfillment process as needed Providing exceptional customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and referring them to a pharmacist when necessary Ensuring the register balances after cash, check, and credit transactions Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, stocking retail items, performing daily inventory maintenance, and keeping the pharmacy neat and organized Ensuring up-to-date patient information is on file and maintaining HIPAA patient confidentiality To thrive in this role...
