Job Description: Customer Service Associate

  • Customer service oriented, courteous and respectful even under difficult situations
  • Adheres to all client policies and procedures
  • Able to photo copy heavy litigation documents
  • Understanding of adobe print functions and other printing methods/options.
  • Sound comprehension of copy machinery functions
  • Comprehension of multiple binding equipment, for example Spiral, Acco, Velo, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in Scanning documents, via copier machines and scanning equipment
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing.
  • Able to lift boxes of 60 pounds and/or greater
  • Physically able to move/Prepare tables, chairs for events of 60+ people
  • Sound comprehension of hospitality skills
  • Answers phone calls, taking messages and re-direct accordingly
  • Directs visitors to the proper office locations and/or conference rooms
  • Performs a variety of light clerical duties
  • Creates new processes and suggests improvements to current processes to maximize operational efficiency
  • Perform the initial rough and fine sorting of incoming mail in the mail room
  • Scanning all incoming mail, only exception is personal packages
  • Drafting communication notification of incoming mail deliveries
  • Sort interoffice mail to be redistributed onto the floors
  • Conduct mail runs at scheduled times throughout the day
  • Deliver packages directly to employees during mail runs
  • Obtain signature upon delivery of package
  • Pick up ongoing packages upon request
  • Process outgoing packages (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) for couriers and pouch pick-up
  • Coordinate messenger service request
  • Sort and post meter outgoing mail
  • Keep inventory of necessary Kitchen/pantry items, also office supplies
  • Assist in moving/rearranging office furniture
  • May be required to assist with light office moves, set up visiting office, picture hanging and file cabinet organization.
  • This role continues to evolve, as duties can be assigned by either immediate manager or client office manager
