Job Type: Seasonal. 30-40 hrs/week, (January to June)
Hours of Work: 8am - 4:30pm (Weekend work is required)

THE POSITIONReports to the Manager of Customer Success and Fulfillment, the incumbent will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, taking phone orders, handling customer concerns, answering website chats and processing mail and fax orders.
