This is a remote position. JOB HIGHLIGHTS: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM EST with 1hr unpaid break Job Description: The CSA will support our advisory team with both administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring smooth case progression, accurate record-keeping, and high-quality client service. The role offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop expertise in cross-border financial planning. Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare dealing instructions and benefit withdrawals Complete business submission checklists and assist with pipeline progression Prepare valuations, transaction summaries, and tax reclaim forms Maintain accurate digital records (Client Profile Form/Proof of Address/Proof of ID) on CRM/SharePoint/ShareFile Support investment review preparation and ad-hoc administrative tasks For client-facing CSAs: assist with meeting prep, note-taking, and follow-up actions; gather and input client financial data; customize reports; prepare insurance illustrations and pension transfer documents; and set up custodian accounts Qualifications: No prior industry experience required; on-the-job training provided Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) For client-facing roles: strong communication skills and willingness to learn financial planning software (Orion Planning) and insurance provider portals Independent Contractor Perks: With HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_29513_JOB
