Cheese Secrets is a specialty cheese and fine foods shop nestled in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We’re a small, passionate team looking for a Customer Service Representative with preferably Barista Experience to help us serve our loyal locals and curious visitors through our busy season – now until October.
We’re seeking someone friendly, reliable, and eager to jump in both in the shop and at our events.

• Serving customers with warmth and professionalism
• Handling and preparing food safely
• Operating the cash register/till
• Assisting with shop opening and closing duties
• Helping with event set-up, service, and teardown (occasional evenings/weekends)
• Working closely with a small, hands-on team in a fast-paced environment
