Solano Consultants Insurance Group in Allentown, PA is looking for three Customer Service Specialists to join our newest 2nd location in the West of Allentown. We are located on 1146 Hamilton St Ste 1 and 4682 Broadway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, engaged and willing to grow and make a career in the Insurance Industry

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home, provide excellent service
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers with their insurance needs
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled clients
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers and team players
• Bilingual In Spanish
