Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that passengers travelling are deemed “fit to fly” in accordance with the regulations.
• Assist passengers to enplane, deplane and with their baggage.
• Track lost luggage to and from all bases and mine sites.
• Monitor radio and communicate as required.
• Where required at a base:
• Accept and handle cargo according to respective customers’ cargo screening programs.
• Inquire with passengers about dangerous goods in baggage and cargo.
• Process and/or track all baggage and freight requirements

General Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Customers service attendants will be cross-trained with ground service attendants, detailers, and cargo agents, where applicable, to provide those duties/coverage when necessary.
• Safety responsibilities as outlined in the Safety Management System (SMS) manual
