We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Attendants to join our Innisfail team. About the Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of the team, helping create a welcoming and efficient store environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing friendly, personalised customer service Operating the console and handling transactions accurately Food preparation and maintaining food safety standards Merchandising, restocking, and stock rotation Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store and forecourt About You You are someone who: Enjoys working with people and delivering great customer service Has a positive attitude and strong team focus Communicates clearly and professionally Takes pride in presentation and store standards Is reliable and flexible, with availability for afternoon and weekend shifts Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Flexible working hours Opportunity to work locally in Innisfail Supportive team environment and positive workplace culture Safe and well-managed work environment Employee discount card (fuel and in-store purchases) If you’re looking for a role where you can be part of a local team and make a real impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you.
