Description

Australian Lifting Centre is a leading wholesaler in the lifting and rigging industry. We have branches nationally and are seeking a customer service officer to look after order processing and customer service in our busy Larapinta office.
The purpose of this role is to fulfil our customers requirements including customer enquiry, processing orders, technical product information and after sales service, making Austlift Customer Service preferred & reliable for our customers and to build up professional relationships using a variety of effective communication channels.

Some of the tasks will include:

  • Processing orders
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • After sales service
  • Technical support and product Information
  • Communicate order status

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous customer service and order processing experience ideally in wholesale
  • Experience in stock management and order processing software
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills – written & oral
  • Ability to learn about new products and apply technical information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
