Position: Customer Service – Automotive Showroom (MOI, Kelapa Gading) What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a warm smile and professional service Share key information about our showroom, vehicle models, and after-sales services Connect customers with our Sales team for in-depth consultations, pricing, and promotions Assist customers in viewing or experiencing our stunning display vehicles Keep the front desk and vehicle display area looking impeccable at all times Handle phone calls and messages professionally Support seamless teamwork between Sales, Admin, and Service teams during peak hours What We're Looking For: Minimum High School graduate or equivalent Presentable, neat, and professional appearance Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Willing to be stationed at MOI, Kelapa Gading Preferably residing in or near North Jakarta Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus
Responsibilities
