Excellent communication skills, including strong phone etiquette, fluency in French (spoken and written), and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and educational way. Strong interest in energy storage systems (BESS), electricity, or renewable energy; previous experience in an industrial or technical environment is a plus. A Bac+2 degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields. Professional proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage. Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
