The Customer Service has the task of providing the best support and experience for our international customers. We solve problems when they occur in such a way that customers experience a smooth experience with us as the supplier of choice.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or completed 3 years vocational education and experience
• 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Very good English and German, verbally and written
• Good Polish or Turkish, verbally and written

• Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the day-to-day business, especially being supportive in all steps of order processing for the assigned customers.
• Receiving and managing customer orders in the current IT-System (SAP)
• Monitoring of orders in arrears, and if necessary arranging alternative delivery dates.
• Supervising of leaving shipments on a daily basis while also transferring individual customer priorities.
• Recording and implementing of individual shipping instructions with the responsible shipping and customs department.
• Managing and maintaining the individual prices and master file data of the assigned customer accounts.
• Taking ownership of the customer complaint handling by receiving, managing and forwarding customer complaints to the involved departments.
• Responsible for handling Customer Accounts Receivables
