The essentials we are looking for in this role:

  • Administration, Customer Service plus Warehouse Experience, but not essential
  • Excellent literacy, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Intermediate to high computer skills including Microsoft suite and data entry
  • Motivated to succeed with attention to detail, great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks as required
  • Safety Orientated, reliable self-starter able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Drivers Licence and own transport
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical plus mine site inductions and medicals
  • Willing to complete an aptitude assessment
  • Willing to accept and embrace full one on one training, that will be provided
  • Comfortable with the potential of no 2 days being the same
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service & Warehouse Support you will be responsible to facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate, and timely service to all Bunzl customers and suppliers. This role will be responsible for providing great customer service. You will be looking after sale order inputting, data entry, raising electronic quotes, client communication and fellow staff support. General administration duties, and warehouse small order picking support. This role will be responsible for the accurate picking of orders, on-time despatch and receiving goods whilst ensuring all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. As a part of customer service, you will be looking after order processing, data entry, client communication and support.
This role will also be required to work as directed and collaborate with other team members and Team Leader/Supervisor, to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered at the lowest cost to the business.
