Responsibilities

As one of the front-line people in our business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Reporting to the branch manager, your day-to-day activities will involve customer service, entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. Coordination with production team to ensure meeting customer requirements will be a part of the role. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service to all our customers.
