Description

We are looking to hire an additional Customer Service / Business Account Development Representative inside office environment.
Responsibilities

The Customer Service / Business Development Representative is an energetic self-starter who will be accountable for customer service and business development in the GTA, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven individual who is comfortable working with defined targets that align with the strategic business plan. This individual will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and developing relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within target channels to cultivate referrals and new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with leader to build strategic plans for achieving revenue growth targets
  • Prospect for new business via phone with outbound calls per day, email, etc.
  • Utilize effective networking techniques to grow respective territory and meet revenue growth targets
  • Will be expected to use discretion and independent judgement on matters important to our business
  • Follow up, in a timely manner, all leads generated through various channels
  • Capture all communications and market insights in CRM; ensure other relevant stakeholders are kept abreast of any areas of concern or opportunities for growth
  • Ensure a working knowledge of our solutions and serve as the voice of promoting and educating prospective clients on the benefits
  • Assist in the development of solution presentations by providing suggestions, concept and content
  • Handle client support via phone, email, etc.
  • Will provide ideas on how to have more successful outreach based on feedback and delivery experience
  • Provide follow-up/support for marketing campaigns; converts leads to opportunities and dispositions opportunities in a consistent and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Two years of sales, account management, or deep customer service experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Ability to think strategically about how to apply appropriate messaging and tools to generate interest with targeted prospects
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Attentiveness to details and advanced listening skills

Work hours: 8:00am - 4pm Monday - Fridays This position will start as soon as possible. This position is not remote and will be in office during the hours noted above. Salary based on experience, Benefits, Commission etc….
