We’re looking for friendly, fast-learning individuals to join our Front of House Team at our Richmond location. If you have a keen eye for detail, love working with people, and enjoy being part of a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!

• Take customer orders using POS system
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming experience
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and desserts
• Handle customer feedback and help resolve any service issues
• Complete daily opening and closing duties
• Track inventory and manage cake displays
• Keep the store tidy, organized, and clean at all times (including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping)
• Slice and decorate cakes for retail sale (training provided)
• Prepare basic cake decorations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying positive and helpful
