Customer Service Call Center Agent (Emirati National Only)
Position based in Sharjah with occasional travel to Dubai for on-site training and project updates
Salary: AED 8,000 per month

REQUIREMENTS

  • Nationality: UAE Nationals only
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a customer service or call center role
  • Industry: Real estate experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our team in Sharjah. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals with a background in customer service or call center roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our post-sales clients, ensuring that inquiries are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate and timely information to post-sale clients.
