This role supports customers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering a positive dealership experience. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and schedule appointments accurately. Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, recall notifications and customer service follow ups. Always provide a positive and helpful experience to every customer. Route calls to correct departments when needed. Requirements Strong Communication skills over the phone and in writing.
