We’re currently on the hunt for a customer service champion who not only possess the right skills but also shares our passion for helping customers. As a member of our team, you’ll handle sales and service inquiries across various channels, including helping customers in our retail showroom. This position is in office and showroom only and there are no work from home options.
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, but you must love taking calls and making calls. Call centre experience would be highly valued. If you are not super skilled on what we sell, then you just need to be willing to learn. You’ll collaborate closely with the entire Outback Equipment team, to deliver exceptional outcomes and provide timely updates to our valued customers.

By showcasing your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, you’ll provide unparalleled assistance to customers, demonstrating an understanding of their needs, resolving any issues, and making informed decisions.
To excel in this role, you’ll need good time management along with a genuine eagerness to learn our systems and products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emails, and strong computer skills are essential for success in this role. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative attitude are qualities we value highly.
