Process service-related payments, including cash, credit, and check transactions. Provide accurate and detailed receipts for all transactions. Answer customer inquiries regarding service costs, billing, and payment methods. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Collaborate with service advisors to ensure a smooth flow of customer interactions. Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to billing or payments. Keep abreast of Mercedes-Benz products and services to provide informed assistance to customers. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an automotive service setting. Strong mathematical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic accounting procedures. Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Tuesday-Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 7:30-4:30
