The Customer Service Centre Team are our specialists who focus on delivering exceptional service and providing solutions. They build, develop and nurture relationships with our valued customers! Te Tūranga – About the role This role will offer you true flexibility! Our Specialists predominantly work from home and spend a few days in the Palmerston North office to connect with the wider team, enjoy brainstorming together, take advantage of learning & development opportunities and enjoy the odd social event! We have the below roles available: · 2 x 40hrs 8.00am - 4.30pm / 1x Sunday - Thursday 1 x Tuesday - Saturday · 2 x 40hrs 11.30am - 8.00pm / 1x Sunday - Thursday 1 x Tuesday - Saturday · Start date 24th November - End Date 4th Jan This isn’t your typical ‘CSR’ role. You will be a relationship builder skilled at establishing and maintaining strong, positive connections. Liaising with our now and potential customers you will be an expert at answer questions & queries, finding information, problem solving, offering value add solutions and maintaining a service level that exceeds their expectations – not just meets them. Utilising our Customer Relationship Management system, you will be responsible for updating information, systems and processes, recommending changes or suggestions to ensure we deliver each and every time. He kōrero mōu - About you You are highly motivated, talk with a smile and thrive on delivering a customer service experience second to none! You may have worked in a similar environment or be looking to enter the customer service field where you can utilise your fantastic phone manner, and excellent interactive and written communication skills. These opportunities will require you to think on your feet and enjoy problem solving so you will be a quick learner, with the ability to work unsupervised. Salesforce and SAP experience is preferable, but we are a learning business so happy to provide development for the right people!
