We’re Hiring: Full-Time Clinic Assistant / Customer Service Executive (Chiropractic Clinic)
Working Location: Joo Chiat Area, Singapore
Working Hours: TBC/10:00am – 7:30pm (Includes 1-hour lunch break: 2:00pm – 3:00pm)
Schedule: 5 days/week (Rotating shifts, may include weekends)

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Clinic Assistant / Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated team as we expand. Working location will be at our second outlet. Job Responsibilities:

• Front desk receptionist duties (scheduling, greeting patients, answering inquiries)
• Managing clinic appointments and handling daily schedule
• Cold calling potential leads and communicating with patients
• Administrative support, including POS system management and insurance claims
• Assisting with sales processes and patient follow-up
• Procurement of clinic supplies and products
• Providing livestream backend support
• Any miscellaneous matters deemed necessary or assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Prior experience in customer service or clinic environment is a bonus
