YOUR ROLE
Our operation team based in London, NW10, proudly supporting a prestigious client, is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Clerk where you will be a first point of contact for the customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
Due to the nature of the customer on site there will be a 3-month vetting process for the successful candidate before your start date.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into Operations Manager you will accurately input delivery data into the appropriate systems, ensuring all information regarding supplier deliveries is correct and up to date. You will also ensure that booking slot details are communicated clearly to suppliers and strictly adhered to. You will maintain seamless communication with the operational team and provide timely updates on any amendments or specific customer requirements, enabling the team to work efficiently and meet service standards.
You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and customers. You will be the first point of contact for resolving queries, addressing complaints, and handling any issues that may arise, always demonstrating professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
