Job Summary: The Customer Service Clerk is a key internal contact for the department, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and accurately entering information into the Oracle system. This role supports smooth communication across teams and ensures clerical tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department. • Greet and assist visitors as needed. • Accurately enters and maintains information in the Oracle system. • Respond to routine questions or escalates issues to the appropriate team member. • Maintain basic filing and recordkeeping systems. • Perform other clerical tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or clerical role preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems. • Highly organized, detail-orientated, and able to work independently. Additional Information: This is primarily an in-office role.
