CLdN RoRo Ltd. wish to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work in our Heysham terminal. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and at least one year’s customer service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer bookings and queries by phone / email / Connect
  • Responsible for Connect – updating times and sending announcements
  • Advise customers of schedule change / non shipments / incidents / general communication
  • Assist Operations in priority shipments / collating shipping lists / monitor block bookings
  • Input of hazardous goods in Connect
  • Assist in related admin duties
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Learn how to use C-Connect and help customers with online requests
  • Work as part of a team to promote all CLdN routes
  • Any duties that may arise to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department
