HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator based in the heart of Ashford.
This is a temporary role for approx. 12 weeks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Worked in a customer facing environment, handling matters of a sensitive nature
  • Good IT and keyboard skills
  • Be able to keep and maintain auditable records for investigations
  • Website writing or promotion of services
  • Background knowledge of legislation

Responsibilities
  • To assist in the delivery of a customer focused service by influencing efficient and positive outcomes and ensuring the customer receives a high level of customer service.
  • To resolve as high a percentage as possible of general enquiries directly using various systems and knowledge of the waste and street cleansing contract.
  • To keep systems, records and databases up to date to maintain an audit of actions and enable accurate reports to be produced.
  • To provide administrative support, and co-ordinate, collate and assist in the production of evidence files for the prosecution of offences relevant to legislation.
  • Dealing with routine correspondence
  • Maintain Full Audit of actions and communication with Customers and ensure these are recorded on the appropriate systems to aid effective coordination and communication across the wider team.
  • To Coordinate diaries for meetings, invite attendees as relevant, circulate papers and prepare agendas.
