We’re passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of our dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A genuine passion for helping others and an interest in health and wellness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing finance options with patients
• Competent with handling telephone systems and managing customer needs
• Strong admin skills with a keen eye for detail and multitasking
• Friendly, self-motivated, and happy to go the extra mile
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Comfortable working around physical therapy equipment and patients during treatments (full training provided)
• Flexibility to work between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am – 1:30 pm Saturdays
• Proficiency or interest in social media is a bonus

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital front-of-house and clinical support role, helping to ensure patients have a smooth, supportive, and positive experience every step of the way.
