CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT MANAGER

Location: York, North Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 (dependent on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Logopak International Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Logopak Systeme, Europe’s leading manufacturer of print-and-apply labelling systems. With a heritage of over 47 years, our equipment is trusted across a wide range of industries including Food & Beverage, Glass, Paper, Automotive, and E-commerce.
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are now seeking a Customer Service Support Manager to join our team at our York headquarters and play a key role in supporting our engineering team and valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the engineering service calendar, including forward planning, daily scheduling, and follow-up tasks
  • Provide technical advice and product support (full training provided)
  • Deliver first-line customer support for technical issues (full training provided)
  • Operate and maintain a bespoke mobile app for engineering job scheduling
  • Distribute electronic job sheets and process returns for service records
  • Maintain follow-up processes to promote service bookings, repairs, and the renewal of SLA (Service Level Agreements)
  • Liaise with customers to follow up on outstanding or reported service work
  • Support and monitor field engineers, ensuring accountability and daily operational support
