This is a fixed term role running from 3rd March 2026 to 7th March 2027 You will be working a 25.5 hour work week on the following days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga Welcoming customers and processing vehicle and driver-related transactions Identifying customer needs and offering relevant AA products and services Handling customer requests and problem-solving with professionalism Maintaining accurate records and transaction processing Supporting your team to meet service targets and deliver a great customer experience Promoting safe work practices and keeping the workplace tidy and efficient About You | Mōu Previous customer service or sales experience (motor industry experience a bonus!)
