Responsibilities:
Aesop seeks a dedicated French speaking Customer Service Consultant who is available full time, working 5 days per week including weekends, to join our Customer Service team based in London for a hybrid working, permanent contract.
In this position, you will be responsible for consulting and supporting customers through Aesop’s online customer service channels, including phone , live-chat, messaging services and video consultations.
You will build strong customer relationships and contribute to maximising sales and financial growth whilst providing and upholding a flawless and consistent customer experience across our growing channels.
