Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting students and their families. This is a hybrid position, offering 4 days in office. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Contacting current and potential customers to schedule free coaching sessions.
  • Setting Appointments: Coordinating and managing bookings with clients.
  • Responding to Email Enquiries: Answering questions and providing information to students and parents.
  • Client Support: Working closely with existing clients to help them with various enquiries.
  • Team Collaboration: Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

Because we contact parents, we need to work around their availability. So this is a full-time, Tuesday to Friday 12-8pm and Saturday 10-6 with an immediate start.
