ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of our brand working across multiple channels. This position will be based at our head office in Warwick Farm.
You’ll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety of customer enquiries using empathy, understanding and problem-solving. To be successful in this role you need to have previous customer service skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
