CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft office application especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude, willing to learn and with good working attitude.
· Disciplined, diligent and able to perform under stress.
· Independent and committed with initiative.
· *Able to start work immediately or within short notice. *
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities

· To provide support to the Sales Department in a daily sales activity.
· Manage customer-sales related issues, customer product/service complaints.
· Prepare and update monthly product price list, manage product sales catalog.
· Prepare sales quotation and support Sales team on pricing, product information, and inventory planning.
· Performs weekly sales/stock analysis, manage purchase/stock against sales.
· Support shipping documents, and liaise with forwarder/ logistic agents.
· Keep up-to-date information on customers’ database.
· General administrative duties such as handling incoming calls and filing of documents.
· Other related customer service work.
