YOUR NEW ROLE

The Customer Service Coordinator supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to our client in our Adelaide office

AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Monitoring the Mailbox, setting up new case referrals
• Update and process invoices, follow up and chase outstanding invoices
• Quality check cases to ensure all required information is in the case
• Management of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars
• Sending reports and letters on behalf of Consultants
• You will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders, setting up desks for new starters and ad hoc admin duties as required
