CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR DEPARTMENT: FIELD SERVICES REPORTS TO: MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE  FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT  POSTED SALARY RANGE: $32.57 TO $41.34 SUMMARY Main point of contact for field service scheduling and on site services. This position will work extensively with Project Managers and Lead technicians to align the schedule with the business needs; and, will maintain all databases and other records related to scheduling. In addition, this position will cross train and act as back up to the Customer Service Administrator with job coordination activities.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   1. Receive and processes request for all field service work using both internal resources and authorized service providers. Maintains all records related to scheduling. 2. Ensure all requests from field service for internal/external support are responded to timely.  3. Understand and cross train in report and expense processing  4. Maintain all required written and electronic files related to service work. 5. Become subject matter expert on the schedule procedure and work instructions related specifically to scheduling, and able to train on these subjects.  6. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have proven experience in scheduling. Must possess and utilize excellent communication skills. Must be computer literate and have familiarity with Microsoft Office software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred. Proficient typing skills and high organization talents. Stress tolerant and able to continually accept and welcome change. Conveys positive, professional image at all times. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None WORK ENVIRONMENT Usual office working conditions with moderate noise such as computers and printers, telephones and copy machines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree preferred in technical or related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of direct scheduling experience.
