Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards - Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in data entry and analysis - Fluency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
