Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator & Bookings Clerk
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
Location: Stanningley, Leeds (LS28)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (1 Saturday a month on a rota basis with a weekday off) Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
About Us:
We’re a growing, friendly, and fast-paced business based near Pudsey, and we’re looking for a proactive and reliable team member to join our Leeds Junk & Rubbish team as a Customer Service Coordinator & Bookings Clerk.
This is a key role in our team, where you’ll take real responsibility and grow alongside the business. You’ll need to be mature, organised, and switched on—but also fun, personable, and a real team player.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling bookings and customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Entering and managing jobs using our internal system
  • Providing quotes
  • Making customer satisfaction callbacks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • Friendly and confident phone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Email, Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Dependable and hardworking with a strong team spirit
  • Willing to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
  • Able to work to deadlines and KPIs
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
