Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, social media). Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues as needed. Support sales through proactive communication, lead nurturing, and cross-selling. Assist with exam registration, payments, and pre/post-test processes. Supervise and coach customer service team members, including ad-hoc staff. Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
