Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
    If you’ve got an interest in the construction, mining, or engineering industries, then we can teach you everything you need to know about equipment hire.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipmen
